Biography
Dr. Forsdick is a native of the Mississippi Delta where she grew up in Greenwood, MS. She currently resides in Memphis where she has been settled since 2011. Keely graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS in 2011. She went on to receive a Doctorate Of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2017.
Dr. Forsdick has been caring for patients in the healthcare field since 2010 and joined the Endocrine and Diabetes Clinic in 2017. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Forsdick is married to her husband, Andrew, has two children, James and Laura Frances, and a Labrador retriever named Katie Bee. She has one brother who is an Interventional Cardiologist in Little Rock. When not working and caring for patients, Dr. Forsdick enjoys spending time with her family or on the farm in Mississippi, cooking, working in the yard, and exploring Memphis with her children. She remains engaged in charitable activities and community events through her church.
Dr. Forsdick collaborates with her patients as a team, working together to meet their individual goals and improve their health. As a patient of Dr. Forsdick, one can expect that she will work with you, set goals, and adapt unique ways to achieve those goals according to your individual needs.
