Marianne Person, DNP AGACNP-BC

Biography

Marianne Person is a native of Memphis, TN, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Lutheran University in 2007. She then graduated from Union University’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in 2009.

Before pursuing her graduate degree, Marianne gained over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, where she also earned both her Critical Care and Cardiac Surgery Certifications. In 2022, she graduated from University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2022 with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, specializing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care. She worked her first three years as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in Pulmonary and Critical Care.

Marianne’s free time is spent with her husband, twin girls, and multiple pets. She is happy to be a part of the team at Memphis Cardiovascular Center and strives to provide high quality evidence-based care to her patients.
