Michelle Elrod, FNP-C

Biography

Michelle Elrod, FNP-C, joined Cresthaven Internal Medicine in 2023. Michelle obtained her BSN at the University of Memphis, Loewenberg College of Nursing, in 2016 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021.

Michelle previously worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Methodist University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Michelle has a passion for patient care and is enthusiastic about the highest level of service and spectrum of care that her position and team of like-minded healthcare professionals have to offer at Cresthaven.

Michelle has been married to her husband Trenton since 2017, and together they have one precious daughter, Georgia Kate, and a son on the way. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoying the outdoors.
