Tara Holt, FNP

Biography

Mrs. Tara Holt is a 1983 graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. In 1999 she attended Graceland College where she graduated with a baccalaureate degree in nursing. Mrs. Holt then received her Master of Science in Nursing earning her the title of the family nurse practitioner. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the Advanced Cardiac Life Support, the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educator, and the State of Tennessee Health Related Boards.
